WHAT Parents
say
At 6 weeks (in spite of trying to follow Gina Ford) my son was still waking every
two hours and screamed when I put him down after a feed. The only way to get him to sleep was to walk with him over my shoulder.
In total exhaustion I engaged Tina a sleep consultant, to give me a few night's sleep. She advised me that
he had infant colic, told me how to deal with it and suggested a few changes which led to a routine that was easy to establish
and now I have a happy baby.
We just wanted to carry on enjoyng some "together time"
so we had Mel one night a week for the first 3 months. Besides ensuring we had a relaxing evening she gave us lots of advice
on feeding and getting our baby into a manageable routine but most important, our one "night off" helped us to enjoy
being new parents.
I was bombarded with advice by relatives when my daughter would
not sleep and felt totally inadequate. When Liz came to us as a mature mother who knew exactly what I was going through I
found it much easier to listen to what she said and felt instantly relaxed when she took over to give me some rest.
